The MetaMask Card is a self-custodial Mastercard issued by Cross River Bank in partnership with Monavate and Consensys, available across 49 US states and the EEA. Assets remain in the user's MetaMask wallet until point-of-sale, when they are settled on-chain via Mastercard's network. The standard virtual tier earns 1% cashback in mUSD stablecoin; the $199/year Metal tier earns 3% on the first $10,000 spent annually and includes a physical stainless-steel card.
